Just want to let you know that we had a lovely time in Pianello del Lario. The house was perfect and very well equipped, a real home from home, and the views were breathtaking.

Anyway, I think there was a consensus that this is the best place we've been to & we've been to a lot of places in the last 25 years! I think we'll be back some day. Julie Ulliott, UK

We really did not want to come home!!We have had the most glorious Christmas break at your beautiful house, including attending midnight mass at the Duomo in Milan which was truly stunning. Your villa is absolutely lovely and you are so lucky to have it - thanks for letting us 'borrow' it for the week.

Lake Como is one of two areas in Italy that we are considering moving to and this trip has probably now made it the favourite. We had previously explored the Como to Mennagio section of the lake, but we now think that the area North of Mennagio may be a better choice (less touristy!). Debbie Roberts, UK
